Hello Dear Friends,
The cats are freaking out with all the people coming and going in the house.
Today started with my contractor Chuckie arriving at 8 AM to review my leaking bedroom/ceiling/rain water problems. We had coffee together.
Final decision: Get rid of the deck on the roof and make it a storage room with a leak-proof roof. An expensive solution but I am done with waking up to chunks of falling ceiling battering me
and my bed, drenching us both with rain. 2 hours.
Regular art class running for 25 years now! 9:30 am. 2 hours.
Discovered a mud slide now covers my bedroom patio. Gardeners come and clear that up.
Air Conditioning/heating man repairs the bad trouble in my attic. 2 hours here.
Odd Lee comes down and says he needs 24-hour care after some minor surgery. I suggested he call Cousin Elaine as she is a nurse. He’s constantly trying to find ways for me to move in with him. 30 minutes.
Lots of spam calls that keep me running, looking for my cell phone.
Waiting now for someone to come pick up something they left here.
I’m so glad I took this day off to
rest!!
