That's how I feel. And, that's what I see in my mind when I think of how I was living the past 6 months or so with all of my medical treatments.  It was like having a long bad dream come alive.

Now I'm back to having more control of my life. So guess what!?

I took a pee test to determine what hormones, cortisol and other things are disrupted in me, so I can fix them. SPECIALIZED PEEING lasted 2 days -- I had to pee 6 times and only 6 times!! -- at intervals early and late, and mark everything down.

No coffee, no alcohol, with fluid and food restrictions. It was disruptive and actually hellish.

But hey! I chose it and I did it. It was a small way of taking my life back and making my own decisions about medical.

And right now I'm having a cup of coffee!!
 

And I can pee anytime I want to! Or not.
