Yesterday I was in a very, very long line at the pharmacy. I was the cause of the long line as they couldn’t get my prescription straightened out. It took 30 minutes in line. 

I looked behind me and everybody was grinning at me and they were so friendly and staring at me some with little hand waves and I thought “Wow people are really nice today and they’re so friendly!”

One girl in her 20's with a bunch of rings through her lips, came up to me and started chatting about cats. She had a black T-shirt on with cats on it and asked ‘was I a single cat lady?’

Actually, yes I am.

The prescription torture finally ended and I went to my car. Accidentally, I saw the side of myself in the car mirror. “Oh my God” I yelled, “I’ve left that big blue plastic butterfly looking thing on the back of my head!” 

I do that before I go out, because I tend to sleep on my back which gives me a weird design made up of various parts on the back of my head. The clip was to hold all the hair in place for awhile so when I took it out, I’d look normal. 

I had forgotten to take it out! when I left for town. I also looked down at the black sweater I was wearing. The front of me was totally covered in white cat hair! 

Eccentric me? Now I know why everyone was so jolly and friendly with me.
