This is a lady I worked with, on and off for a number of years. Recently she was having trouble with her apartment. When I looked in the apartment, I felt there was mold. The lady said she wanted to get out of the contract, and for other reasons too. So, I worked nicely on the manager .
Later the lady wrote to me and said “Hey, Venus! I just spoke to that woman, the manager, and encountered NO RESISTANCE! I just need to get my deposit back from her company. Anyway, thank you. You ROCK!"
