This is my cat friend Tootsi. Along with her brother, she was tossed off on my property when she was a kitten. She saw her brother get eaten by a coyote.
I was finally able to catch her and make her a house cat, but it has taken 3 and 1/2 years for her to adjust. She has seen things that have made it hard for her to trust and believe that she is safe and loved.
She now talks a lot and brings
live mice into the house from the wired in patio. The other day she left me a dead bird under my bed covers.
